Staff Biographies
Karen,
R.D.H.
Karen has twenty five years of experience in the dental health care field. She attended Orange County Community College and completed her dental hygiene program twenty four years ago. She has worked in the greater Newburgh area for her entire career and began working with Dr. Cook in 2002. Karen has completed many hours of continuing education classes including training for Invisalign and Zoom whitening. Karen is married and has two children. Karen is actively involved in a number of programs in the Valley Central School District; she is currently the president of the Valley Central Scholarship Council.
Lisa,
R.D.H.
Lisa is a Montgomery native and attended Valley Central Schools. She enlisted in the US Air Force and worked in the dental health care field as a dental assistant. She received her dental hygiene degree from Orange County Community College in 2003. Lisa recently received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nyack College in Organizational Management. She has been an Air National Guard Reservist for a number of years and in October 2008 was activated locally. She continues to work for Dr. Cook on Tuesday evenings.
Dental Assistants
Madeline
Madeline has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. She began her dental career with the late Dr. Tapia. She has been working with Dr. Cook for the past 13 years. Madeline has two childrenand is very supportive of her local school.
Peggie
Peggie has thirty five years of experience in the dental health care field. She has worked in the Newburgh and Cornwall area for her entire career and has been working with Dr. Cook for the past 11 years. Peggie has completed many hours of continuing education classes. She now is seen primarily behind the front desk at the office, and is happy to greet you and be your liaison and explain our office policies. Peggie is married and has two children.
